1. Assumption of Risk & Disclaimer

By participating in the Breathwork Online Sessions, you acknowledge that breathwork is a powerful practice that may cause intense physical, mental, and emotional experiences. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, that may occur as a result of your participation. This includes, but is not limited to, dizziness, lightheadedness, emotional distress, and physical discomfort.

2. Health & Safety Considerations

Breathwork is not recommended for individuals with the following conditions:

Severe respiratory issues or asthma

Cardiovascular conditions (e.g., high blood pressure, heart disease)

Epilepsy or a history of seizures

Severe mental health conditions (e.g., schizophrenia, severe anxiety disorders)

Pregnancy

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, you should consult with a physician before participating. The facilitator is not a licensed medical professional and these sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

3. Participation Requirements

Ensure you are in a safe and comfortable environment, free from distractions.

Use headphones for the full immersive experience.

Avoid participating while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

If you feel discomfort during the session, stop immediately and return to normal breathing.

4. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via Stripe.

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling options.

5. Access & Technical Requirements

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email from Ubindi with your session access link.

Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email.

The access link will be activated 15 minutes before the session starts.

Ensure your device is fully charged and that you have a stable internet connection.

6. Confidentiality & Respect

All participants are expected to create a respectful and safe space for themselves and others.

Any disruptive behavior during the session will not be tolerated and may result in removal without a refund.

7. Release of Liability

By joining a session, you release the facilitator, Breathmasters, and all associated parties from any liability related to injuries, losses, or damages that may arise during or after the session.

By booking and attending a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Policy & Waiver.
